Given the significant increases in values across central London and elsewhere in the country since the last valuation in 2008, many rate payers are facing a significant uplift in the rates they will be paying from 1st April 2017.

Together with our endeavours to make best use of your space, we are pleased to offer a FREE RATING AUDIT to all clients, and the necessary expertise to challenge the 2017 Revaluation.

When registering for a free rating audit you will be assigned a senior rating expert who will review your assessment and recommend whether there are grounds for a challenge.

If you choose to instruct Cluttons to challenge your rating assessments you won’t be charged any upfront fees. Instead, Cluttons fees will be based on a percentage of the rates saving made by your business.
